I was recommended to Marc by a friend a year ago. I have been suffering lower back and neck pain causing frequent headaches and discomfort on continuous sitting in my job. I have seen many physios previously, but only short term fixes were achieved with pain often returning within a week. Marc’s sessions involve stretching and massaging of muscles and joints and fantastic after-care on posture, correct sitting, to encourage a better recovery. After a couple of treatments all my headaches stopped, my back felt looser and less tense, overall I feel more comfortable and better in myself. I can’t recommend him more.
